For peak season (June–October and December–February) we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. For Kilimanjaro climbs and the Great Migration, 6 months is ideal. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible.
Yes — full board meals, drinking water, park fees, professional guides, and 4x4 transport with a pop-up roof are included unless stated otherwise. International flights, drinks, tips and visas are excluded.
Yes — when you climb with a registered operator and follow proper acclimatisation. Our guides are KINAPA-certified, carry oxygen and pulse oximeters, and we monitor every climber twice daily. We choose 7+ day routes for the best summit success.
Tanzania is a year-round destination. June–October is dry season and great for game viewing; January–February is the calving season in the Serengeti; July–September are river-crossing months. The green season (March–May, November) offers fewer crowds and lower prices.
Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. 30–60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation.
Most visitors require a tourist visa. US, EU, UK, Australian and Canadian travellers can apply for an e-visa online or on arrival (USD 50, payable in cash). Yellow fever certificates are required if you arrive from an endemic country.
